The problem

Reaching prospects at scale meant a room full of dialers.

To grow, we needed to reach a lot of businesses by phone. Doing that the normal way means staffing a team of SDRs to dial all day — costly to hire, hard to keep consistent, and hard-capped by human hours and energy.

Reps have good days and bad days, drift off-script, burn out on rejection, and can only make so many calls before lunch. We didn't want to manage a call floor — so we built one that doesn't need managing.
